Tom studied as an Applied Psychologist, specialising in human computer interaction and usability. His fourteen years of commercial experience spans start-ups through to defence and blue chip organisations.
Tom, who has been at Box since October 2012, heads up a multi-disciplinary team of experience UX consultants and visual designers. He is interested in how psychological research can be applied to digital solutions to improve the user experience, usability, and findability of content, as well as drive end-user engagement, satisfaction and conversions.
Tom is the Head of User Experience and Design at Box UK.
