Cruitway's new platform improves recruitment prospects
One of the biggest challenges for businesses of all sizes is finding the right employees. But Cruitway, an innovative Swedish startup founded by Adrian Swartz, is intent on eliminating that problem for good. The groundbreaking recruitment matchmaking platform follows three business philosophies: relevance, simplicity and employer ROI. Three ideals that ring true to the EntrepreneurCountry economic approach by aiming to create an economic ecosystem that caters for and enriches both economic Goliaths and potential-rich Davids.
These ideals are practised primarily by applying highly selective search filters to job ads and applicants in order to stay relevant. Cruitway currently receives around 1,200 job ads per week, of which they post just 600. That's how selective these filters are. Once jobs are finally published, jobseekers don't simply rummage through them with keywords. Instead, they begin their search by entering what, where and when they studied to generate a relevant list of available positions.
The Cruitway mobile app has already received 12,000 downloads and built a network of more than 400 employers (including Goliaths like IKEA, Spotify and Ericsson). Now the newly developed web platform is set to expand their market share even further, and after shaking up the Swedish employment market, Cruitway has set its sights on the rest of Europe.
