Startup Profile: Sheepla
Warsaw-based e-commerce startup Sheepla is embarking on an ambitious expansion programme. The cloud-based platform is supporting online fashion retailer Złote Wyprzedaże as it moves into the Central and Eastern European markets. And the tie-up will, among other things, improve Złote's distribution processes by automating warehouse document preparation.
The move by this David builds on a recent integration with one of Poland's biggest logistic operators, RUCH S.A. That partnership affects 2,500 kiosks across the country, all of which are now inter-connected with Sheepla's innovative platform, making it easier to manage deliveries from multiple distribution channels.
Sheepla's offering is proving to be an invaluable time-saver for busy e-commerce entrepreneurs. The company has successfully identified the logistical challenges that face online businesses, and is providing scalable solutions - while enabling these online stores to deliver exemplary customer service.
Aside from automating repetitive tasks - such as manual copying of receiver's data in order to create shipping documents - Sheepla also provides automated notification services on shipments, sending real-time email and text message updates to receivers. By automating these time-consuming processes, Sheepla is enabling Goliath businesses to cut their overhead costs - resulting in a better deal for consumers.
